Triston leads the personal training at the Fitness Boxx. With over 8 years’experience as a strength and conditioning coach and personal trainer Triston has trained high performance athletes, alongside the general population throughout his career. Triston formerly worked as a successful Personal Trainer at David Lloyd Leisure Club and Crewe Hall Health Club.

Triston has also carried out many functional fitness workshops for local leisure and fitness businesses. Triston was also a youth apprentice football player with Crewe Alexandra Football Club and competed semi-professionally with Nantwich Town and Witton Albion Football Clubs. This experience makes him ideally placed to ensure that the very best training and nutritional advice is given to all Fitness Boxx members delivering incredible and sustainable results.

WHY I LOVE MY JOB?

I love the educational aspect of my job and knowing that anything I can teach will be translated into results for clients. The human body is a fascinating and underused tool and my teaching clients to use it to its full capacity to increase their health, fitness or performance is incredibly rewarding.

MY GREATEST MOTIVATION

I’m motivated to help create a fitness brand that has a far reaching and long lasting influence upon our clients as well as the general public. Although there is much work to be done in the health and fitness world, I’m determined that the Fitness Boxx will lead the way in the future.

HOBBIES AND INTERESTS

Sports, health and fitness have been a huge part of my life and I love taking part and watching most sports. Outside of this I love to read and spend quality time with my family and friends. Oh and I love a bit of Jeremy Kyle (guilty pleasure).
