FIT FOR EVERYONE

The SEAT conditioning class combines movements you will use in everyday situations or movements that will help strengthen things you do on a day to day basis and puts them into fitness based class. The use of interval training, plyometric movements is also common to help lose body fat, increase cardiovascular efficiency, increase strength, and help people get into a routine of regular exercise.

HIGH INTENSITY

The exercises are high intensity, meaning you will burn maximum calories in a short period of time. This type of exercise routine takes advantage of EPOC, which stands for excess post exercise consumption. This means your body goes into calorie burning overdrive as it tries to return back to normality after an intense workout session.

BUILDS FITNESS FAST

The use of interval style training will help build your fitness levels up fast! The great thing about this type of training is you can also work at your own level by using modifications of the tougher exercises to suit your own abilities.

HOW DO I GET STARTED

All you need to do is get is log onto our mypthub system to book your place, and all you need to bring with you is:

• A pair of trainers

• Training clothing

• Bring water

• A small towel

Clients can book training sessions or fitness classes through our booking system. Bookings are taken via on our dedicated app which where you will have access to your programs.
