CUSTOMISED TRAINING PROGRAM

You will have the opportunity to train with up to 3 other people who share your same goals and aspirations. Each program will be designed and customised to meet your individual needs within the small group personal training session.

EASY TO BOOK SESSIONS

You can book onto any of our small group personal training sessions on our timetable via the our app. Link training with 1-3 other people, or you can create your own group personal training session with 1 – 3 other friends or family members at a time agreeable with a fitness coach.

BOOK YOUR TRAINING SESSION

Clients can book training sessions or fitness classes through our booking system. Bookings are taken via on our dedicated app which where you will have access to your programs.
