MOVEMENT SCREEN: This assessment helps us understand how you move so we can keep you safe and get you fit.

A ONE-ON-ONE GOAL STRATEGY SESSION: We need to set a clear goal. Without one, it’s harder to feel accomplished. Work with your coach to choose attainable, measurable goals.

12 SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS: Our personal training gives members’ access to true strength and conditioning training. You’ll improve your movement, strength and fitness at the same time.

MEASURE IMPROVEMENTS

12 TEAM TRAINING SESSIONS: Access to 12 of our high energy group classes “Get Fit” and “Get Strong”

BODY COMPOSITION MEASUREMENTS: Weight, body fat and inch loss measurements give us a clear picture of how your body’s changing and allows us to coach you more effectively towards success!.

Clients can book training sessions or fitness classes through our booking system. Bookings are taken via on our dedicated app which where you will have access to your programs.
