I couldn’t tell you when I noticed but just before this picture on the right was took I realised that serious dieting and training was needed, I was fat but nearly 40!

I had been dieting for 4months, eating sensibly and Lost 1 stone, but realised I needed to do more in the gym to get better and quicker results.

My partner recommended Triston as he had been training for 2 years with him. I thought I would give it a go, but I had had PTs before not seen any big differences and certainly had never been fit.

I instantly took a liking to Tristan, firm but motivational, professional and understands everyone is different.  He quickly realised my posture was terrible and my form but with Tristan’s help he has corrected that and  I have trained now for just over a year and enjoyed it but most of all seem massive changes to my body!

He listens to your hurdles / obstacles and is quick with positive answers to get you through it and I always look forward to our sessions.  I am now 4 stone lighter and have the metabolic age of a 26 year old at nearly 40.  I am so happy I “gave it a go” and cannot see me with another trainer.
