After struggling with a back/ neck injury following a car crash I was nervous about restarting back at the gym. I decided the safest approach was to engage a PT to get back up to speed with my exercise routine.
I have just finished my first course of sessions with Triston and can’t believe how much I have improved with his guidance and support.
At first Triston concentrated on strengthening exercises to ensure that I was ready to challenge myself and progress through the course.
Triston have given me confidence week on week to increase the intensity and try new routines and weights which I had never done before. The time goes so quickly each week but feel like I achieve and really am pushing myself.
One of the things I really love about working with Triston is he is so positive and really encouraging all the time, I have so much more confidence in what I can achieve and after 3 months really seeing the results and have just booked another course to continue with my goals and see how far I can improve.
