When it was suggested by Triston that I could benefit from some personal training sessions, I must admit I was unsure. I had been attending the gym regularly for four years and seemed to have reached a plateau in my fitness, so perhaps it was worth a try! I can honestly say that after a free assessment and a 12 week program I cannot believe the difference it has made to me in so many ways.
Each exercise programme was tailored made for me, suiting my ability and age (I am retired). Sessions were hard work, fun and had a friendly feel with Triston listening to me if I was unsure or wanting to change weights etc gently correcting if something was not being done properly and giving advice for me to be able to continue to exercise on my own. As well as losing 6lbs in weight, l have lost 6 inches off my waist and 3 inches off my hips, Iām far more supple, stronger and my balance is much improved. All these factors have combined to give me a much improved quality of life.
I would thoroughly recommend these sessions to anyone of any age!
